A wish costs whatever you choose to give — at least £1, or the local equivalent. Here is the agreement when you make or gift one.
What this is
The Wishing Fountain lets you cast a private wish, or gift one to someone else, for delight and entertainment. It is operated by [your business name] (“we”, “us”).
Payment and price
You choose the amount before you pay, with a minimum of £1 or the local equivalent. Payment is taken in your local currency by Stripe. The price you confirm at checkout is the price you pay.
Immediate delivery and your cancellation right
A wish is digital content delivered immediately. By casting your coin you ask us to deliver it straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) once the coin is cast. If you have paid but not yet cast it, see Refunds.
Wishes are not guaranteed
The fountain is for wonder, not warranty. We make no promise that a wish will come true.
Gifts
A gift link lets the recipient cast their own wish, once. The buyer never sees the recipient’s wish. Gift links may expire if unclaimed.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or break it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”. We may change, pause, or withdraw it, and we may update these terms; the date above will reflect any changes.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
