A wish is delivered the moment you cast your coin. Here is when a refund applies.

Before you cast

Paid, but haven’t cast the coin yet? Email us and we’ll refund it.

After you cast

Once the coin is cast, the wish has been delivered and the purchase is final — you asked for immediate delivery and waived the 14-day cancellation right at checkout.

Gifts

An unclaimed gift can be refunded within [30 days] on request. Once the recipient casts it, it has been delivered.

If something went wrong

If the experience didn’t play, or a technical fault stopped you casting your coin, just tell us — we’ll refund you in full.

How to ask

Email hello@thewishingfountain.com with the payment reference from your Stripe receipt. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
